April 2010 Inspection Report available here It is far from complete yet but, if you are a visitor, we hope it gives you a reasonable feel for this school that caters for some 1300 boys and girls aged 11-18. If you are one of our staff or students, we hope it gives you far more – access to a mass of information in your password protected areas. We are very proud of our school and of our students and their achievements.

What we are trying to do is ‘Make education successful and enjoyable for all.’ This involves helping every one of our students to achieve their full potential – academic, artistic, sporting and in any other area their talents may lie – whilst doing everything we can to make the process as enjoyable as we can for both staff and students alike. All the evidence we have points to the fact that our students make significantly more academic progress in their time with us than could reasonably be expected of them. Our results are amongst the very best in the country. Just as important to us is the huge number of students participating in a wide range of extra-curricular activities and the incredibly high standards they achieve in areas such as sport and the arts.
